The RoleThe Human Resources team is one of the six corporate functions within WTW globally. It is made up of Talent Advisory, Integrated Service Delivery, and Centers of Expertise (COE).
Integrated Service Delivery delivers Human Resources services via a combination of global systems and processes through Global Operations, and Regional Delivery teams made up of generalists, employee relations, recruitment, and administrative services.
As the HR Specialist, you will be responsible for providing HR services, administrative support, and expertise to the Region's HR Function and to business stakeholders. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of expertise and experience in HR processes, administration, and systems.
HR services - Responsibility for providing day to day support and guidance to the HR Services team
- Carry out HR Operational tasks including
- Effective Human Resources administration service relating to the employment lifecycle
- Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, e.g. employment contracts
- Provide day to day advice to Line Managers and Employees on general HR related queries and requests
- Monitoring of the case management system (ServiceNow) and ticket assignment to relevant stakeholders
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Regional HR delivery teams and other key stakeholders
- Participate in ad-hoc projects as and when required
HR Database - Complete and maintain data in all HR Systems (e.g. Oracle HCM, Talent Acquisition Cloud, ServiceNow);
- Organize, maintain, and update internal databases of relevant employee information
- Ensure the HR Database accurately reflects current staff conditions and details. This includes inputting starters and leavers, contractual amendments, change of details, annual leave, recording of sicknesses and other leave, and setting up reports.
Customer service - Be the first point of contact for all HR Admin-related queries
- Respond to all customer inquiries in line with WTW standards
QualificationsWhat are we looking for?- Bachelor's degree, preferable
- Strong service mindset with the ability to adapt and adjust on short notice to fast-changing environments
- Strong communication skills and excellent client relationship skills
- Fluent French written and verbal communication skills
- Business-level English both written and spoken
- A strong eye for detail alongside an IT literacy in a Microsoft Office environment with proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and HR systems
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
