We are looking for a HR Specialist for our multinational partner. As a French Speaking HR Specialist - People Operations, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality HR support to employees and managers. You will provide professional HR advice, manage a broad range of HR operational activities, and act as a trusted point of contact for day-to-day HR matters related to France.

We are looking for a HR Specialist for our multinational partner. As a French Speaking HR Specialist - People Operations, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality HR support to employees and managers. You will provide professional HR advice, manage a broad range of HR operational activities, and act as a trusted point of contact for day-to-day HR matters related to France.
Tasks:
- Act as a primary point ofcontact for employees, managers, and the wider HR organisation forstandard HR queries related to France.
- Independently manage andresolve standard and complex HR cases, ensuring accuracy, timeliness,policy compliance, and confidentiality.
- Oversee the administration ofHR-related procedures and processes for the French population.
- Take ownership of defined HRprocesses and act as a subject-matter expert within your scope, includingknowledge management and training activities.
- Work closely with other HRteams to ensure seamless and high-quality employee support.
- Prepare ad-hoc HR reports,presentations, and documentation as required.
- Act as a role model byconsistently demonstrating and reinforcing Computacenter's values.
- Collaborate effectively withlocal HR colleagues in France.
- Support team coordinationactivities and contribute to onboarding processes.
Requirements
- You have professional workingproficiency in French and English (minimum B2 level).
- You have completed a bachelor'sdegree in a commercial, HR, or related field.
- You bring several years ofexperience in an HR environment supporting France and have generalknowledge of French HR practices and labour law.
- You demonstrate strong writtenand verbal communication skills.
- You show a confident,service-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
- You are able to workindependently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- You havestrong organisational skills and the flexibility to adapt tochange.
- You take a proactive,analytical, and solution-focused approach.
- You have experience acting as asenior or trusted member of an HR team.
- You possess solid MS Officeskills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
- You maintain a high level ofintegrity and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- You have working knowledge ofSAP HCM, SuccessFactors, or ServiceNow - any ofthese are considered an advantage.
