Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
- Execute on activities aligned with HR strategy on employee performance cycle.
- Organize career committees for employee performance reviews.
- Monitor status on cycle milestones such as GEDP NY, MYR, EY for exempts and for non-exempts employees.
- Ensure correct and timely processing of data.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels in the organisation to provide support on the use of tools.
- Consolidate and prepare supports for career committees' discussions within established frameworks (for example courbes de Gauss).
- Receive and submit registrations (for example retrieve training requests across perimeters).
- Provide support to consolidate requests.
- Extract and consolidate data to allocate budgets and costs.
- Perform manual inputs in systems.
- Maintain detailed records of all talent's activities (AMU training requests during career committees, attendance records, assessments history etc.).
- Extract data to support analysis of key indicators such as performance goals and development goals on the models of smart and 70/20/10 in performance tools.
- Receive and input reports in Power BI, SAP, and performance tools (Oracle & eGEDP dashboard).
- Provide performance indicators.
- Extract and analyse data to provide accurate information on status (for example completion MYR, exit interviews, succession plan data, training budget & allocation).
- Act as the main contact for users regarding tools-related inquiries and issues.
- Provide daily technical support in area of expertise (for example enter alternative approver in eGEDP, tick new exempt in system).
- Track participation metrics for the Speak Up and VAC employee engagement surveys to support internal communications (Management Committee, HR, etc.).
- Prepare both global and targeted survey result reports, segmented by scope, population, employment status, roles, and other relevant criteria - following established reporting templates.
- Update the resignation tracking file, ensuring exit interview completion and communicating progress and outcomes to relevant stakeholders.
- Consolidate resignation-related data with all received documentation, and prepare studies and reports featuring quantitative and qualitative indicators, delivered three times a year across different employee groups or organizational scopes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in fields such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or Organizational Management.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong command of the performance cycle and Talent Management processes, including performance reviews, career committees, and succession planning.
- Proficient in HR tools such as eGEDP, Oracle, SAP, and Power BI for dashboard creation and data visualization.
- Familiar with the administration of employee engagement surveys, including formats like Speak Up and VAC.
- Solid understanding of HR policies and administrative procedures, supporting compliance and operational continuity.
- Mastery of written and spoken French, with excellent language skills - able to draft clear and effective materials, respond to a wide range of employee questions, and evaluate the clarity and quality of submitted written content.
- Organizational agility, capable of managing multiple dossiers and priorities in parallel.
- Ability to work independently with discipline, precision, and timely delivery of tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders (HR, managers, employees).
- Service-oriented mindset and collaborative spirit, thriving in a cross-functional, matrixed work environment.
