Human Design Service Specialist - French & English

Role mission:

Provide graphic design support to customers, reviewing customer designs to ensure they meet printing standards, modifying them if necessary using their design skills, communication skills and online tools.

Constantly gather feedback that impacts products, process, services and customer experience and report findings to the Team Leader/Escalation teams in order to continuously improve the customer experience.

Team Leader Human Design Services

Key responsibilities:

• Design graphics according to customer needs and our printing processes.

• Modify customer graphic designs according to product requirements into a printable file according to our production standards.

• Contact the customer when necessary to agree on design changes.

• Achieve targets set by the team leader/ manager.

• Apply a customer satisfaction-oriented approach to daily tasks.

• Perform additional tasks as requested by the team leader/manager.

• Participate in activities that induce continuous improvement in the skills required for the role.

• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the company's product catalogue in order to
  provide relevant guidance to customers.

Requirements :

• Demonstrate a high level of use of existing commercial design software tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Indesign, Adobe Acrobat.

• Demonstrate creative skills in providing design support to clients.

• Strong ethical behaviour combined with unparalleled passion, commitment and drive towards quality excellence.

• Knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook.

• Ability to adapt to new software applications.

• Fluent verbal and written communication French & English.
