IBDP French Teacher to join a high school academic team in
Bangalore. This full-time, in-person role is ideal for an educator with a strong command of the
IB Diploma Programme (IBDP) French curriculum and a passion for fostering language proficiency, cultural awareness, and critical thinking. The role focuses on delivering inquiry-based instruction, guiding students through assessments, and supporting holistic student development within an international education framework.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons aligned with the IBDP French curriculum and assessment criteria.
- Guide and mentor students through Internal Assessments, exam preparation, and portfolio development.
- Monitor student progress and provide timely, constructive feedback tailored to individual learning needs.
- Create an inclusive, interactive, and inquiry-driven classroom environment that encourages active participation.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and the IB team on curriculum planning, moderation, and cross-disciplinary initiatives.
- Maintain accurate academic records and support school-wide academic and co-curricular activities.
- Stay current with IB updates, pedagogy, and best practices to ensure high-quality instruction.
What Makes You a Great Fit- Bachelor's or Master's degree in French or a related discipline (B.Ed preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience teaching IBDP French in an international school setting.
- Strong understanding of IB philosophy, pedagogy, and assessment standards.
