What will you actually do?- Become part of IT audit teams: You will interact with the clients' management and operational departments and see how their systems and processes support day-to-day operations.
- Understand clients' systems, processes and controls: Develop an understanding of how different organizations use IT systems (applications, databases, interfaces, infrastructure) and how business processes are designed. You will apply what you learn in training and on-the-job to assess whether processes and controls are designed and operating effectively.
- Under the guidance of more senior colleagues, you will:
- Perform walkthroughs of IT processes
- Assist in testing IT general controls and application controls
- Help document findings, risks and control gaps
- Embed technology and data analytics: You will help the team collect, organize and analyze data and contribute to a more efficient and insightful audit approach.
- Prepare clear documentation: You will document your work in line with KPMG's methodologies and quality standards, contributing to audit files that clearly explain the work performed and the conclusions reached.
- Use your French and English in daily work:
- Communicate with French-speaking clients and colleagues (calls, e-mails, meetings)
- Read and understand documentation in French
- Prepare or review certain deliverables in French, while also using English as a working language in an international firm.
- Participate in internal initiatives: Beyond client work, you may be involved in knowledge-sharing initiatives, internal projects, or community and social events that help you better understand the KPMG culture and broaden your skills.
Who are you?- Education: You are a graduate or in your final year of studies in one of the following (or related) fields: Economics, Technology / Computer Science, Finance, IT or Information Systems.
- Languages: Very good French (spoken and written) and a good command of English.
- Curious and eager to learn: You want to understand how things work, not just follow a checklist.
- Tech-savvy: You are comfortable using new applications and systems and interested in how technology supports business.
- Team player: You collaborate well with others, communicate openly, and take responsibility for your work.
- Nice to have: Any internship or project experience in audit, consulting, IT, or data analysis or participation in international programs, Erasmus or study/work experiences in French-speaking environments.
