Job Summary

Do you combine deep IFRS expertise with the ability to lead, influence, and anticipate business needs?

We are looking for an experienced IFRS Expert who not only brings strong technical knowledge but also excels at coordinating operations, guiding stakeholders, and driving impactful decisions. Reporting to the Head of Accounting in France, you will play a key role in shaping accounting practices and supporting business strategy through proactive collaboration and insight.

Job Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IFRS subject-matter expert and first point of contact for complex accounting queries.
• Contribute to interim and annual financial reporting, including consolidated and standalone financial statements and disclosures.
• Perform analytical reviews of complex transactions and prepare technical accounting position papers.
• Partner with business teams (including Sales) to structure contracts aligned with IFRS treatment.
• Support month-end closing, quarterly reviews, and resolution of general ledger issues.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes.
• Play a pivotal role in the development of internal trainings, sharing expertise to enhance the team's capabilities.

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in financial reporting, consolidation, or audit with exposure to IFRS.
• Strong expertise in IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), especially IFRS 15 (Revenue), IFRS 16 (Leases), and IAS 38 (Intangible Assets).
• Professional certification (ACCA or CIMA) completed or in progress is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in English and good communication skills in French.
• Experience with enterprise resource planning systems (e.g., SAP) and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
