Implementation Manager - Native French

Customs4trade is looking for a talented Implementation Manager to join our growing multi-functional team. As Implementation Manager you will work with brilliant people committed to come up with new ideas, solve issues and actively look for opportunities to improve. You will support French customers in their implementation process.
Responsibilities:

• Take a customer from the moment of signup, to the moment of "first success"
• Translate customer's requirements in configuration specifications
• Implement and test the solution configuration
• Manage customer onboarding projects from start to finish with customer team and C4T teams
• Communicate on technical issues and questions, make recommendations to product team
• Develop a deep understanding of technical and functional capabilities of C4T SaaS solutions
• Develop understanding of customs compliance legal framework and related operational business processes
• Develop good understanding of customer's pains and how these can be solved in C4T SaaS solutions
