Indoor Sales Specialist with French

Responsibilities:

• Proactively follow the market to order process (qualify leads, create customer account (if applicable) Opportunities and Quotes with CRM in a timely manner.
• Follow UP (Phone or email) of issued quotes and constantly coordination with the account managers according to our internal guidelines.
• Work to build solid relationships with our customers. Encourage and maintain a positive approach to customer service and Inside Sales.
• Provide a fast response to customer queries and complaints. Be able to recognize major clients and understand the nature of their business.
• Proactive customer support (incl. Complete pre-sales support for assigned c-customers) and support of the account managers and proactive quote handling to achieve a high-level customer satisfaction
• Demonstrate a bright, cheerful and helpful telephone and email manner with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
• Make the coordination between customer requests and the different stakeholders.
• Suppliers quotations requests.
• Maintain customer portals.
• New customer acquisition.
• Support and participate at internal projects.

Qualifications:

• Commercial education / background or university studies;
• Ideally, first professional experience in the areas of customer service or pre-sale support;
• SAP SD and CRM knowledge,
• Good verbal and written French and English language skills;
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
