How Do You Fit In?

Savage X Fenty is looking for an enthusiastic and creative Influencer Marketing Coordinator to enhance our brand's influence across Europe, particularly in the UK, France, and Germany. This role is pivotal to our marketing strategy, leveraging influencer partnerships to drive brand awareness and engagement.

This position reports to the Manager of Partnerships EU, Strategy and Brand Management Team.

What You Will do

• Monitor current trends and key influencers within the social media community, particularly on platforms like Instagram and TikTok.

• Manage the influencer portfolio, from sourcing and onboarding to coordinating monthly campaigns in our primary markets.

• Maintain strong relationships with influencers, ensuring ongoing engagement and collaboration.

• Organise and dispatch influencer packages as part of promotional activities.

• Analyse campaign performance, evaluate insights and KPIs, and recommend strategies to enhance program effectiveness.

• Support other marketing initiatives, including events and product launches, as required.

What You Can Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

• 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably within the beauty and fashion industries.

• Proficiency in using social media management tools and understanding their metrics.

• Excellent communication skills, fluent in both French and English.

• Strong analytical abilities to assess performance data and market trends.

• Proven capability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
