You'll Support Meaningful Work By: - Translating client and sales needs from French‑speaking markets into workplace and interior design concepts aligned with Steelcase principles.
- Creating 2D and 3D space plans, layouts, elevations, detailed drawings, and client‑ready visualizations.
- Supporting sales activities through design inputs for proposals, specifications, and technical questions.
- Managing multiple design projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and on‑time delivery.
- Collaborating with cross‑functional partners and external stakeholders to deliver cohesive project outcomes.
- Applying design trends, tools, and visualization techniques to improve efficiency and impact.
Minimum Qualifications - Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- 2-5 years of professional experience in interior design, industrial design, or a CAD‑based design environment.
- Proven ability to produce 2D and 3D space planning, drawings, and visualizations using relevant design tools.
- Professional working proficiency in English (C1 level) and French (C1 level).
Desired Skills and Experience - Experience working in a client‑, sale‑, or consulting‑supported design environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining design quality and deadlines.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills in cross‑functional and multicultural teams.
- Awareness of workplace or interior design trends and the ability to translate insights into solutions.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and ways of working.
