Zakres czynności:

• bieżący monitoring maili
• kontakt z użytkownikami/Buyerami/Purchasig Agentami w celu uzyskania niezbędnych informacji
• modyfikacja zamówień zgodnie z otrzymanymi instrukcjami
• sprawdzanie poprawności zamówień zgodnie z potwierdzeniami od dostawców

Nasze oczekiwania:

• mile widziany status studenta
• bardzo dobra znajomość j. francuskiego (B2/C1)
• komunikatywna znajomość j. angielskiego (B1/B2)
• znajomość MS Excel
• dostępność min. 80h/miesiąc
• komunikatywność
• dokładność
• umiejętność organizacji swojej pracy
