What we're looking for

As an Internal Communication Specialist you will be part of an international team, working closely with technical experts, corporate customers and team leaders, to develop and implement effective internal communication plans.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and create content for internal platforms and newsletters for adopting an AI tool
• Organize and promote technical trainings and internal documentation
• Prepare business presentations from content to design
• Create templates and communication kits
• Liaise and closely follow-up with all stakeholders
• Produce infographics, brochures, videos and graphical assets
• Animate of leadership/ business calls: organize, facilitate, send minutes, follow up
• Translate various documents (EN-FR, FR-EN)
• Draft bi-lingual (French/English) reports on business or technical topics.

What you need to know/have

• Excellent written and spoken French & English
• Ability to process technical texts and transform them into communication materials
• Photo/Video editing skills
• Detail-oriented
• Proactive attitude and collaboration skills.
