Biotiful Dairy is the UK's leading kefir brand and one of the fastest-growing businesses in the FMCG sector. As we continue to expand internationally, we're looking for an ambitious International Account Manager to help accelerate growth across key European markets.

Reporting to the Head of International, you'll play a key role in developing distributor partnerships, driving commercial performance, and identifying new opportunities to grow the Biotiful brand internationally.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage and develop international distributor and partner relationships
• Deliver profitable sales growth across assigned markets
• Own customer P&Ls and support forecasting, promotional planning, and financial management
• Lead distributor business reviews and monitor performance against key objectives
• Identify opportunities to expand distribution and increase market penetration
• Develop and execute strategic account plans
• Work closely with Marketing, Finance, Operations, Category and Product Development teams to ensure successful delivery of commercial initiatives
• Support the continued expansion of the Biotiful brand across international markets

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing international accounts, distributor partnerships, or export customers within FMCG, food & drink, or consumer goods
• Fluent in either French or German
• Strong understanding of the retail and consumer landscape in France or Germany
• Experience developing strategic commercial relationships and driving growth
• Strong commercial and analytical skills, including customer P&L management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-moving environment
