International HR Learning Specialist - French Speaker

Purpose of the position: As International HR Learning Specialist, you will join People Learning and Development team at Saipem SpA, based in Milan.

What are we looking for?
Education: A degree in humanities, psychology, or human resources management; a master's degree in training or HR will be considered a plus.
Background: 3-5 years of experience in corporate training, especially in complex organizations with multiple locations in Italy and abroad. Given the company's international profile, having professional experience abroad will be considered a plus.
Languages: Proficiency in English and French is a mandatory requirement. Knowledge of Portuguese will be considered an additional asset.
Technical/IT Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package; knowledge of SAP for monitoring and reporting HR processes is preferred. Familiarity with an LMS (Learning Management System), preferably Oracle, is mandatory.
What else should you know? You will have the opportunity to travel abroad based on the projects you will work for

How can you support us?
- Definition of the budget and related forecasts in compliance with the company's authorization cycles and established guidelines
- Collaboration with managers to identify training needs and develop necessary training plans
- Design and implementation of training programs with particular attention to mandatory training
- Evaluation of training effectiveness through feedback and analysis of results
- Monitoring training activities and reporting on defined KPIs
- Coordination with external providers for organizing courses and workshops
- Promotion of a learning culture within the organization
- Feeding and updating training information within company systems
