International HR Learning Specialist, you will respond to
Head of Learning & Development and be part of the
People Learning and Development team at Saipem SpA, based in
Milan.
How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities: - Definition of the budget and related forecasts in compliance with the company's authorization cycles and established guidelines
- Collaboration with managers to identify training needs and develop necessary training plans
- Design and implementation of training programs with particular attention to mandatory training
- Evaluation of training effectiveness through feedback and analysis of results
- Monitoring training activities and reporting on defined KPIs
- Coordination with external providers for organizing courses and workshops
- Promotion of a learning culture within the organization
- Feeding and updating training information within company systems
What are we looking for? Education: A degree in humanities, psychology, or human resources management; a master's degree in training or HR will be considered a plus.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in corporate training, especially in complex organizations with multiple locations in Italy and abroad. Given the company's international profile, having professional experience abroad will be considered a plus.
Languages: Proficiency in English and French is a mandatory requirement. Knowledge of Portuguese will be considered an additional asset.
IT Skills: Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package; knowledge of SAP for monitoring and reporting HR processes is preferred. Familiarity with an LMS (Learning Management System), preferably Oracle, is mandatory.
Soft Skills: Autonomy, active listening, ability to identify others' needs, negotiation, organization, and accuracy.
