Job Description
*Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders.
*Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms.
*Searching for opportunities that enhance the sales.
*Prepare requisite reporting (call reports, trip reports, expense reports, customer call documentation, ) as required or directed by the manager.
*Treating and greeting the clients very well and making them go through the purchasing methods and procedures.
*Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests.
*Provide customers with product samples and catalogs.
*Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales.
*Develops and grows relationships with customers, and monitoring customer satisfaction, meeting sales target.
*Must guarantee satisfaction and value for the customer always.
Requirements
Experience 0-3years.
• Fluent Spanish or Chinese Language is a MUST.
• Good command of English language.
• Ambitious for success, working hard & persistent.
• Total awareness of using Microsoft Excel, outlook and word.
• Formal email writing.
• Proficiency in social media channels.
