If you are a professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an appealing role for you! Based in Cluj-Napoca, you will be primarily responsible to assist the Accounts Receivables Team, learn related processes and procedures, as well as the ERP systems used in Europe.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Participate in all training classes;
• Understand Collections process and procedures;
• Learn to use the Collections software - GetPaid;
• Learn to use the ERP systems - Oracle, SAP, Syteline;
• Understands customer concern process to higher management for outstanding situations where help is required;
• Understands the communication process with other departments and different business units on different queries;
• Any other tasks required by the Team.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Relevant education/project associated with one of these areas would be a distinct advantage;
• Proven understanding or Interest in Finance or Accounts Receivables (Collections);
• Fluent in French: written and spoken;
• Fluent in English (written and spoken), any other European language is a plus;
• PC experience (Microsoft Office);
• Good communication skills;
• Good problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Shown understanding or Curiosity about Finance or Accounts Receivables.
• Proficiency in additional foreign language would be an advantage.
• Relevant education/project associated with one of these areas would be a distinct advantage
