Internship in Travel (French Speaker)

We have some exciting internship opportunities for someone who is keen to find out more about the travel industry and get an insight into the world of B2B travel!

No two days are the same here but some of your tasks could be:

• Preparation of tours: generating bookings and requesting services to our suppliers
• Creating and checking itineraries (feasibility & conformity with clients' publication)
• Booking and planning all services according to the itinerary
• Administration of group bookings: handling amendments, cancellations, rooming lists
• Liaising with suppliers such as hotels, tour guides, coach companies o Issuing the correct documentation (i.e. vouchers, travel documents) on time
• Direct contact with clients, partners, and suppliers
• Possibility of preparing and calculating quotes for the client's requests

Required skills/profile for the position:

• Very good knowledge of both written and spoken English.
• Being fluent in French is mandatory for internships in the French market.
• Good communication skills.
• Quick learner, flexible and a good team player.
• Accurate working style.
• Studies in tourism is a plus.
• Relevant experience in another company is a plus.
