Invoicing&Collections Analyst, you will be part of a Global Invoicing&Collections team based in Warsaw.
Invoicing our clients and consultants will be your main responsibility. We are an international company so your communicative English is a must. Since your work involves a lot of interaction with our internal and external clients, good communication skills are important to us.
Responsibilities: - Issuing and posting sales invoices.
- Processing consultants' invoices (including self-billing).
- Cash Collection.
- Cooperation with suppliers and customers in the field of accounting reconciliation.
- Monthly reports reconciliation and managing expenses.
- Investigation of payment discrepancies.
- Updating and managing data in internal systems.
- Taking part in related projects.

- Relevant min 2 years of experience (invoicing, self-billing)

What will you contribute? - You actively source, identify, and attract suitable specialists through relevant channels
- You build and maintain a network, staying in continuous contact with candidates regarding our projects
- You conduct both personal and telephone interviews, guiding candidates through the process and convincing them of your projects
- You collaborate closely with Account Management and stay fully informed about job requirements and client details
- You manage the entire recruitment process from initial outreach to successful placement
Who are you? - You have experience in recruiting and ideally are familiar with consulting/staffing industry
- You have at least a B2 level in English and German
- You are passionate about active sourcing and enjoy conducting both phone and in-person interviews
- You are a strong personality with strengths and weaknesses-but above all with high motivation and the confidence needed to succeed in daily business
- You are highly organized: reliability, time management, and prioritization are your strengths, ideally demonstrated in previous roles
