IT Business Analyst (French speaking)

Ready to decode complexity into clarity? We're in search of an IT Business Analyst (m/f) to join our team, where you'll be the visionary connecting our business ambitions with technological possibilities.

Your responsibilities:
  • Gather requirements of business users, analyze and model business processes
  • Develop functional specifications
  • Review and validate specifications and processes with Business users
  • Communicate results of the analysis to the development team
  • Act as a single point of contact for functional issues
  • Resolve functional issues raised by users, development and testing team
  • Support the development team in their understanding of the business
  • Provide support to testing and development teams

Your expertise:
  • Good understanding of SDLC
  • Business process modeling (BPMN)
  • User interface creation (mockups)
  • Data modeling
  • Able to use and understand XML/XSD and/or JSON Schema
  • Documentation of REST API in the form of swagger (YML files with JSON schema)
  • Support to the tech guys during development activities
  • Testing of the developed features (should be able to: write test cases, incl. preparing test data)
  • Fast learner on complex business topics
  • A good relationship with a customer
  • Able to work in a team with other BAs, various product owners, and developers
  • Able to write down proper requirements (business, functional, non-functional)
  • FR speaking, with a good level of English
