The support is handle via several communication tool as Teams, Outlook and in some cases Hotline.
The support teams is all based in Porto. (Hybrid working model in Porto)
The Collaborator need to follow all the procedure to guaranty that the KPI are measured. And the extraction and presentation are the responsibility of the support team.
Qualifications- Fluent in French
- English B2
- Having HR procedure knowledge is a Plus - as Recruitment, Talent Management
- Having QA and Data Quality knowledge are a plus
- Administrative mindset
- Good communication skills, due to support core activity
