Your skills - 3 years of work experience in project management
- C1 English and native Polish - French is a significant plus (at least B2)
- Experience in communication with project stakeholders
- Advanced MS Office knowledge (especially Excel/Power Point)
- Ability to plan actions and oversee results
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with solid attention to details which includes ability to draw conclusions from reports and data analysis
- Dealing with complexity, critical thinking, taking ownership
Your tasks - Ensuring successful and high-quality service delivery by effectively supporting business with global projects
- Setting up new processes, identifying topics for improvement in existing processes and reassuring the quality of the project
- Handling difficult customer requests
- Coordinating project-related processes according to business standards
- Collaborating with both local, central teams and Global Service Delivery Manager
- Providing required reports, documentation and instructions
- Performing onboarding procedure of new employees (introducing tasks and responsibilities, providing necessary support and knowledge during first months)
