IT Risk Analyst / Permanent Controller

This is your mission

Are you passionate about IT risk management and cybersecurity? Then this position is for you.

As IT Risk Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and monitoring IT and cybersecurity risks while ensuring proper control execution within our ecosystem.

Build side:

• Define and promote cybersecurity governance for IT Payment Services
• Support teams in understanding, controlling, and managing cyber risks
• Identify and analyze operational risks across IT and payment services
• Contribute to risk assessments by analyzing root causes and potential adverse events
• Provide inputs for RCSA, audits, and risk management exercises
• Support third-party risk analysis and related activities

Run side:

• Execute and monitor permanent control activities on ICT and non-ICT risks
• Maintain and update the risk landscape using operational risk inputs (RCSA, incidents, control plans)
• Follow remediation actions and verify effectiveness of corrective measures
• Report risks, issue alerts, and provide consolidated risk overviews to stakeholders
• Collaborate with security, development, and production teams to ensure risk control
• Support ongoing risk supervision across payment services domains

This is your background

You have at least 3 years of experience in IT risk management. You enjoy working on cybersecurity topics and analyzing risks in complex IT environments.

You have experience contributing to risk management and control activities within IT environments. You enjoy working with stakeholders and improving risk frameworks and processes.

This is your expertise:

• IT risk management practices and methodologies
• GRC tools (ServiceNow) and Microsoft Office suite
• Risk assessment techniques including root cause analysis and impact assessment
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and IT risk frameworks
• Understanding of payment services and related risk environments
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (DORA, PCI-DSS)
