Within the Société Générale group, you will join the RBFS/ASSU (Assurances) team. Société Générale ASSU offers a full range of products and services to meet the needs of individual, professional and corporate clients in Life Insurance Savings, Retirement Savings and Personal Protection.
Main responsibilities : - Provide functional and application oversight, management of insurance services and handle Level 2 requests;
- Lead the incident management with the team leader and other teams involved in the process;
- Provide ad hoc interventions to mitigate technical malfunctions;
- Ensure the processing of requests for daily activities and other ad hoc operational requests;
- Produce monitoring indicators for insurance services within the scope of the role;
- Implement and update operational documentation related to the activity;
- Prepare appropriate reports for the N+1;
Your role in a nutshell: - The department primarily covers the production environment: Daily monitoring of optimal service operation;
- User support: requests for information or assistance regarding the use and operation of specific applications;
- Preventing malfunctions (continuous service monitoring, developing service monitoring procedures, analyzing and tracking incidents and problems to propose optimization and improvement avenues in collaboration with project owners and project managers);
- Managing, processing, and tracking incidents until closure;
- Participating in production monitoring committees and/or project committees;
- Maintaining documentation (operating procedures, FAQs) and the application contact list up to date;
- Managing ad hoc work and tracking requests;
- Writing specific reports;
- Maintaining on-site presence within the scope of work according to established schedules and internal organization;
Profile required
- Experience in the support field with good skills on incident management processes/tools;
- Ability to analyze incidents and follow incident instructions (communication, messages, priority assignment, etc.);
- Good written communication skills;
- Autonomy, curiosity and rigor;
- A proactive and responsive attitude / Team spirit and a desire to constantly learn;
- Ability to analyze and summarize;
- Intermediate French and English;
- Insurance knowledge and functional case analysis skills are desirable;
