We are looking for an IT Helpdesk Support Specialist (L1/L2) with French to support our client in the financial and business advisory sector. In this role, you will provide technical assistance to internal teams and clients, ensuring efficient issue resolution and delivering a high level of user satisfaction.
Your tasks - Handle and resolve user requests through phone, email, or ticketing platforms
- Diagnose and fix hardware, software, and network problems (L1/L2)
- Forward more advanced incidents to senior IT teams when required
- Document solutions and maintain knowledge base for recurring issues
- Deliver basic user training on IT tools and best practices
Requirements - 1-3 years of hands-on experience in IT support (L1/L2)
- Good command of French is required (command of English is a plus)
- Degree or diploma in IT or a related field
- Practical knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, O365, M365, and fundamental networking (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Experience with ticketing systems
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Residing in Poland required
