Java Developer - Google Web Toolkit (with French)

Context

As part of its activities, the project, through its Back & Front Office Interlocution sector and its Manager Portal range, develops and maintains applications enabling it to fulfill its essential missions in the service of social protection, namely:

• Ensuring the day-to-day financing of social protection,
• Supporting all employers and entrepreneurs for the benefit of economic and social development,
• Guaranteeing social rights and fairness among all economic stakeholders

We are looking for Java GWT (Google Web Toolkit) developers with good autonomy and technical skills. They must be able to understand the implementation of an existing project but also be able to develop from our specifications. The project is a pseudo-SAFe project, with agile practices. The existing teams are already multi-site. French is essential.

We have TechLeads, a team of developers, BA, and support for management and Scrum Master, with the CDP remaining on the client side. We operate as an integrated team.

The main tasks are:

• Needs analysis (technical consistency, identification of technical risks, etc.)
• Quoting activities
• Conducting internal and client meetings
• Managing technical activities jointly with the Project Manager (Subdivision of scope activities, team assignment, gathering and synthesizing estimates of the work remaining to be done, to have a clear vision of progress and future needs., activity planning, etc.)
• Ensuring compliance with the processes defined within the scope (JIRA rules, documentation, etc.)
• Specification
• Architecture
• Development and unit testing
• Configuration management
• Test campaign (Writing, running)
