The heart of the role
- Process invoices and acknowledgments of receipts
- Analyze invoices with anomalies (issues with prices, VAT, etc.) and ensure these are resolved within the laboratory on time
- Direct the claim to the relevant contact point (laboratory, warehouse, carrier, traders, etc.) to initiate the process
- Follow up on the progress and resolution of the dispute by trying to reduce delays
- Respect ethics and compliance with regulatory conditions
What makes you beat
- Bachelor's degree
- Basic knowledge of Administration and Accounting end-to-end processes
- Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Strong written and verbal French skills are a must
- Organization skills, with attention to detail and a high sense of confidentiality
What makes you extra beat
- At least 1 year of experience in the area of administration or accounting or customer service
- Degree in Economics or Business Administration
- Analytical skills
