For Linklaters Service Delivery Centre Warsaw, we are currently recruiting for the
Junior Accounts Payable Specialist with French role.
About the TeamJoin our local team responsible for the end-to-end Accounts Payable process for one or several company entities. Collaborating with Vendors, Employees, and other Finance Teams, our team manages invoice processing and supports internal and external enquiries.
You will be responsible for:- Managing the full Accounts Payable process
- Acting as a contact point for Vendors and Employees
- Communicating with Business Teams on invoice matters
- Reviewing and posting invoices following global policies
- Reconciling payments and resolving discrepancies
- Generating regular reports
Apply if you:- Hold a degree in finance or have completed a professional accounting course
- Have initial experience in Accounts Payable
- Are fluent in English (min B2) and French (B2+/C1)
- Possess strong attention to detail and a customer-focused attitude
- Are familiar with SAP (an advantage)
- Have experience in SSC/BPO is a plus
Location- Warsaw (hybrid model - 2 days in Warsaw office per week - building Q22, Al. Jana Pawła II 22)
