We are currently looking for a Junior Business Analyst - Fluent in French (M/F) based in Porto

BE PART OF OUR DYNAMIC MOA TEAM

The business Analyst in Financial project Management provides support on project portfolio management.

Such as the schedule's development and monitoring, costs and benefits as well as reporting.

YOUR FUTURE MISSION IN THE MOA SHARE TEAM

Participate in the proper operational functioning of the Management Accounting Department reporting applications including to ensure the end of life of the SHARE applications (technology: Oracle-Hyperion Essbase) and the creation of new applications on CCH Tagetik:

• Responding in a timely manner to users of perimeter applications needs
• Organizing the necessary training for users' requests
• Following IT and administrative incidents on user request
• Administering the evolution of reporting tools
• Guaranteeing the organization of the quality system of the administration and the functional improvement of the IS in collaboration with the other Finance and Risk departments and their managers
• Providing the necessary expertise for the project (analysis, acceptance, training, etc.)

AS OUR NEW JUNIOR BUSINESS ANALYST, YOU MUST HAVE:

• Bachelor's Degree or Post-Graduation in IT, Computer Engineering or Finance/Accounting (or any related fields)
• At least 1 year of experience in IT and/or Financial functions
• Understanding of Finance/accounting concepts & processes
• Mandatory knowledge on relational databases tools
• Advanced French & intermediate English (oral and written)
• Knowledge of Essbase is a plus
• Knowledge of Tagetik is a big plus
