As a (Junior) Operations Manager (f/m/x) for France, you will work from Berlin and focus on customer care by publishing retailer content on our platforms. In a team of 6 members, you will actively work on publishing the right content, in the right location, and with the right parameters for our customers. Your main stakeholder will be the Sales team located in Paris, but you will also cooperate with the Traffic Management team and with the Product team located in Berlin. You will report to our Team Lead Operations (France) Mathilde, who encourages autonomy and trust, expecting you to proactively reach out for help as needed or discuss any questions during the weekly meetings.

Your responsibilities:

• You will manage the content/brochure publication for your customer portfolio
• You will ensure the high quality of the online content we publish
• You will regularly communicate with our customers via email or calls
• You will collaborate closely with other departments (Campaign, Sales, Product, IT)
• Your input will help us optimise and improve our processes, workflows and documentation

Your profile:

• Your French skills are excellent (C2 level, no spelling mistakes) and you are fluent in English (C1)
• You have a natural service-oriented mindset and you are comfortable communicating on the
• phone and by email
• You have a great team spirit but you know how to work autonomously and independently
• You are thorough and you pay attention to every detail
• You have experience in using MS Office, CMS and JIRA ; experience with SalesForce is a plus
• You want to live in Berlin for a long period
• Similar work experience is a plus
