Job description

1) Responsible on products industrialization 负责产品工业化流程
a. Review and evaluate product definitions, technical specifications, and customer requirements. 学习并评估产品定义,技术规范及客户要求.
b. Develop and manage industrialization plans, monitor progress, and regularly report status to relevant managers while ensuring effective cross-functional communication. 制定并管理工业化计划,跟踪项目进展,定期向相关经理汇报,并促进跨部门沟通与协作.
c. Collaborate with the SAFRAN Engineering team on dedicated outsourcing and industrialization activities. 与SAFRAN工程团队合作,推进专项外协及工业化相关工作.
d. Use APQP or TIP method to control the industrialization progress. 运用APQP或者TIP管理方法控制工业化进度.
e. Analyze and characterize industrialization issues using quantitative and qualitative engineering methods, develop effective solutions, and communicate industrialization progress to relevant departments, management, and customers. 运用定性,定量工程分析方法识别和分析工业化过程中的问题,制定有效解决方案,并向相关部门,管理层及客户汇报工业化进展.
f. Closely monitor product trials and validation activities with relevant engineers to verify engineering changes and ensure product quality, performance, and process stability are not adversely affected. 与相关工程师紧密跟踪产品试验及验证工作,确认工程变更满足要求,确保产品质量,性能及过程稳定性不受影响.
2) Product management activities 产品管理内容
a. PPMS management: to work with product/process engineers on the change validation, create applications and validate by customer. PPMS管理:和产品工程师/工艺工程师协作管理变更认证,创建申请并且让客户确认
b. Cut-up and PTG tests (related with metallurgical and dimensional quality control) management. 新品的切片测试和尺寸测量测试(与冶金和尺寸相关的质量控制)管理.
c. PPX (NCPD) management 管理产品公差扩大的文件.
3) Responsible of the risk management and improvement plan, to reach the target of delivery, quality, cost, manufacturing time 负责风险管理和改进计划,达到发货,质量,成本,时效上的相关目标
a. Update the risk analysis during the product monitoring, to secure the delivery and guarantee no additional cost due to internal process/deviation. 监控产品过程中更新风险管理,保证发货并确保没有因内部工艺偏离导致的额外成本增加.
b. Work with customer, external departments and process engineers, to find ways/improvements to reduce cost and shorten the process cycle time to reach better KPI. 与客户,其他部门和工艺工程师们合作,发现更多能够节约成本,缩短工艺周期的改进方法,以达到更好KPI指标.
4) Report periodically on the global situation of the managed products to his/her supervisor or manager 向其主管或经理定期汇报所负责的产品整体情况
5) Responsible for adhering to all Quality policies and rules required in performing daily work activities在日常工作中严格遵守全部质量相关条例
6) Follow HSE responsibilities执行HSE相关责任

Candidate skills & requirements

1. Project management experience is preferred, especially NPI management.
2. Bachelor degree in casting, materials, metallurgical or mechanical specialties is preferred.
3. Fluently using in English speaking, listening and writing, French speaking is a plus.
4. Responsible, rigorous, autonomous, team spirit
5. Good cross communication skills is required.
