Your mission HelloBetter is a pioneer in the field of digital healthcare. For more than 10 years, we have been developing evidence-based digital health applications for the prevention and treatment of mental health conditions. Our applications cover a variety of areas, including stress management, depression, problematic alcohol use, panic disorder and anxiety, vaginismus, and sleep disorders.
Six of HelloBetter's ten applications are approved as digital health applications. They are available free of charge by prescription to all insured adults in Germany.

As
Product Manager (m/f/x) you work within our Product Team alongside product managers, designers and researchers at the forefront of technology in the field of mental health. In collaboration with our cross-functional engineering team, psychologists and other teams, you drive the successful delivery of our digital therapeutic solutions.

Salary Band:Professional IC L1 (Junior): 54 - 62k € (gross, fix)* + VSOP (15% of annual gross salary)
Professional IC L2 (Mid Level): 68 - 82k € (gross, fix)* + VSOP (15% of annual gross salary)

Your objectives - Lead product discovery efforts to identify market opportunities, user needs, and industry trends in the mental health space
- Work closely with the engineering manager to ensure seamless collaboration and successful project completion
- Gather and prioritize requirements from diverse teams, including content, research, legal, and coaching, to inform product development
- Collaborate with the product designer and product researcher to create detailed and well-defined product requirements
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with company goals and user needs
- Conduct user interviews and market research to gain insights and validate product decisions
- Work with the QA team to ensure the delivery of high-quality, user-centric products
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes
Your profile Must Haves- Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or related field
- Work experience in product management
- Proficient in understanding and leveraging technology
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Analytical mindset for data interpretation and data-driven decision-making
- Fluency with AI tools
- Fluency in English and French language
Nice to Haves- Technical skills, including a deep understanding of software systems
