ResponsibilitiesYou will have an opportunity to...- Facilitate technical conference calls with project delivery teams and client resources under the direction of the project or implementation manager.
- Ensure all required resources are present on calls and maintain a detailed log of activities performed.
- Distribute and review the Method of Procedure (MoP) with the necessary resources to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor the completion of the MoP, coordinating roll-back activities when implementation or migration tasks cannot be completed as planned.
- Immediately escalate critical risks or issues to the project or implementation manager in accordance with the project plan or MoP.
- Actively participate in internal and external project meetings, representing the project team.
- Prepare and provide minutes and other documentation to the project or implementation manager following the completion of each call or bridge session.
- Identify and suggest opportunities for process improvement or project optimization to the project or implementation manager.
QualificationsMinimum Required Skills & Experience:- Proficiency in both French and English with strong verbal and written communication
- 1 to 3 years of experience using Office 365 (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- 1 to 3 years of experience proven ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a customer facing team environment
- 1 to 3 years of experience in interpersonal relations and time management. Ability to solicit cooperation, resolve conflicts, and manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines and objectives.
- 1 to 3 years of experience working autonomously.
