Requirements

• Full professional proficiency in English and French
• Deep geographical and contextual knowledge of the Mauritius region
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
• Aptitude for interpreting and applying complex project policy guidelines
• High degree of manual dexterity and visual accuracy for precise data annotation
• Excellent attention to detail and quality assurance
• Strong client-centric mindset with a focus on delivering value

Nice to have: Hands-on experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS).

Job responsibilities

• Providing support and resolving client's inquiries
• Deliver high standard service based on project KPIs
• Maintaining absolute confidentiality of project and client data
• Working in the ticketing system
