LIEWOOD is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Sales Executive to join our global organization. You will become part of an ambitious and collaborative commercial team driven by passion, dedication, and strong business acumen.
In this role, you will help deliver a seamless and service-minded experience for our B2B customers across markets. With a strong commercial mindset, you will play an important role in managing orders, supporting the sales process, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring that LIEWOOD remains easy and professional to do business with. You will contribute to driving efficiency, supporting reorders, and maintaining high data quality - ultimately helping elevate our customer experience and commercial performance.

LIEWOOD is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Sales Executive to join our global organization. You will become part of an ambitious and collaborative commercial team driven by passion, dedication, and strong business acumen.
In this role, you will help deliver a seamless and service-minded experience for our B2B customers across markets. With a strong commercial mindset, you will play an important role in managing orders, supporting the sales process, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring that LIEWOOD remains easy and professional to do business with. You will contribute to driving efficiency, supporting reorders, and maintaining high data quality - ultimately helping elevate our customer experience and commercial performance.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Provide day-to-day support to the B2B Team Lead - regarding order enquiries, leads, product information and master data.
- Drive direct orders and Essentials (NOOS) program, including customer communication
- Take ownership of the B2B portal, coordinating day-to-day operations and acting as the first point of contact for customers and improvements
- Support and manage a portfolio of Extra Small and Small accounts across global markets, building strong relationships and helping them grow with LIEWOOD
- Support commercial initiatives, promotions, and sales campaigns with administrative tasks and data tracking.
- Process and manage sales orders through the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain and update customer master data, product data and pricing information.
- Prepare reports and follow-up documentation related to orders, revenue, and customer buying trends.
- Collaborate across functions to help improve sales processes and customer experience.
Does This Sound Like You?
You are
- Strong commercial mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Service-oriented with a professional and proactive attitude.
- Comfortable working with data, systems and numbers (e.g., Excel, ERP).
- Excellent communication skills in English and French (verbal and written).
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and build strong internal and external relationships.
You have
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably Business Central
- Fluent French and English, both written and verbal
- Some B2B customer-facing experience is beneficial
- Willing to travel to key markets for trade fairs and customer meetings, approx. 15-20 days per year.
