Junior/Regular Invoicing Accountant with French, Warsaw , Poland

As anInvoice Accountant (Junior or Regular), you will be part of a French finance team and invoicing our clients will be your main responsibility. We are an international company so your communicative English is a must and due to working with a French team, French language skills are also required. Since your work involves a lot of interaction with our internal and external clients, good communication skills are very welcome and important to us.

Location:Warsaw(hybrid work)

Responsibilities:

• issuing and posting sales invoices,
• processing consultants' invoices (including self-billing),
• cooperation with suppliers and customers in the field of accounting reconciliation,
• performing cash allocation and investigation of payment discrepancies,
• assist GL accountants with treasury matching.

We expect:

• relevant min 1 yearwork experience (invoicing, self-billing) would be an asset,
• very good computer literacy, especially in MS Office (advanced Excel skills) and Outlook,
• French advanced is necessary in written and spoken,
• Englishadvanced is necessary in written and spoken,
• bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and/or experience in accounting environment (internship) is a plus,
• analytical mindset, detail-oriented,
• excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills,
• independent and proactive attitude.
