In this position you will....
report to the Head of Sales and you will be responsible for managing and nurturing business relationships with International key accounts with particular focus on the French market. Your mission will be to drive the growth of the French market by developing key accounts, building long-term partnerships, and increasing turnover, while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Who we'd like to meet
- Minimum 2 years of experience in (key) account management in a B2B environment, combined with at least 2 years in sales or a related field, ideally within the watches, jewelry, or fashion accessories industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations.
- Commercially driven profile with demonstrated success in achieving sales targets, growing turnover, delivering reliable forecasts, and shaping the long-term development strategy for the French market.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically, identifying opportunities and implementing effective solutions.
- Strong business acumen, understanding market dynamics, and the ability to adapt to evolving industry trends.
- Ability to travel independently to meet partners and scout new business opportunities (travel required up to 40%)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English and French is a must, both written and verbal. Additional language proficiency is a plus.
