You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services to the organization, including HR policies, procedures, and programs. Your strategic mindset and leadership skills will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement initiatives and optimizing HR systems and processes.

Key responsibilities:- Lead and oversee the HR Services function, ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services to the organization.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to support the company's strategic goals and objectives.
- Manage and optimize HR systems and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR Services team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with key stakeholders to understand business needs and develop HR solutions that drive organizational success.
Key skills and qualifications:- 3+ years of experience in HR operations and service delivery.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices, with excellent understanding of HR systems and technology.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, and drive innovation and process improvement.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Fluent in English, with French at C1/C2 level; Dutch is a plus.
