This role plays a key part in supporting the delivery of high-quality learning and development activities across the business. The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing an excellent learner experience.
Fluency in French (written and spoken) is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and administer learning and training activities across the organisation
- Manage course scheduling, enrolments, and joining instructions
- Maintain accurate records within the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Act as a first point of contact for learner queries, providing timely and professional support
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external training providers
- Support reporting on training activity, attendance, and completion rates
- Ensure all learning documentation and processes are kept up to date
- Contribute to continuous improvement of learning administration processes
Skills & Experience required
- Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role (learning/L&D experience preferred)
- Fluency in French, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience working with learning systems (LMS) is desirable
