Learning Specialist/Coordinator we're looking for?
Your future roleTake on a new challenge and apply your HR expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll report to the
Senior Learning Manager, and work alongside passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates.
You will be accountable for delivering an outstanding employee and manager experience as part of our
Learning and Development Department . Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business, participate or lead transverse projects (induction, training tools optimization, internal training development, etc.) and much more.
You'll specifically work with the Talent Development Team to ensure training to support specific populations development needs, but also manage learning Management System and Back Office.
We'll look to you for:
• Ensure the deployment of the training plan by managing requests from Site HR contacts.
• Coordinate with local HR stakeholders to ensure smooth training processes.
• Handle participant invitations and enrollments for training sessions.
• Create dedicated items and sessions in our Learning Management System (I-Learn).
• Formalize purchase requests to payroll providers and manage associated processes.
• Collect available financing from local authorities.
• Gather and update training proofs (attendance sheets, certificates) in I-Learn.
• Follow up on invoices and ensure timely payments to suppliers.
• Coordinate with sourcing and finance teams on supplier-related topics.
We'll also look to you for:
• Coordinating the registration of new apprenticeship contracts with local authorities.
• Managing financing and school fees payments related to apprenticeships.
• Providing training to local HR stakeholders on processes to be followed.
• Acting as an expert to address all training administration requests from HR stakeholders.
Additionally, you will:
• Provide site HR with monthly KPIs on budget consumption, training sessions, and absenteeism rates.
• Report to management on the volume handled by the Training Administration Team and SLA results.
• Prepare key figures for local work council presentations according to local regulations.
• Participate in creating corporate reports on training figures.
• Provide inputs for external surveys and handle legal mandatory training declarations.
• Offer accurate budget follow-up figures to site HR.
• Ensure quarterly re-invoicing of costs borne by HR Operations to local sites.
• Coordinate payments associated with local authorities.
Furthermore, you will:
• Identify and coordinate potential financing opportunities with local authorities.
• Animate the local training network through calls and communications on training administration.
• Act as an expert on training topics and respond to specific requests.
• Define induction paths for new HR team members to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Organize specific transverse training programs.
• Formalize and maintain all processes, procedures, work instructions, and templates.
• Train the Training Admin team on the processes to be applied.
• Investigate and resolve tool-related issues.
• Maintain the local training catalog in the Learning Management System.

- Degree or passion in Human Resources, Business, Engineer
- 2-3 years' experience as an HR, Talent development, or operational position mainly comprised of a Learning Role
- Communication skills: being able to communicate and work with all kind of stakeholders
- Ability to coordinate and follow-up multiple tasks
- Networking - excellent interpersonal skills: foster open dialogue and listen
- Collaboration & Teamwork
- Analytical skills and ability to work with a large and diverse amount of data
- Fluent in the English and French language, written and spoken
