Manager on Duty (French Speaking)

As a Manager on Duty (MOD) at Basic-Fit, you will be responsible for managing incidents and ensuring continuity across more than 1,000 clubs in the BENELUXFR region. Your mission: Keep our clubs safe and operational, day and night.

As a MOD, you will work in a 24/7 rotating shift system and manage incidents and accidents during both staffed and unstaffed hours. You'll follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), communicate with stakeholders, and make swift decisions when the situation calls for it.

Your responsibilities include:

• Managing incidents and accidents following established protocols in a 24/7 environment.
• Collaborating with the club team during staffed hours to resolve issues.
• Making decisions to close clubs when safety or service levels cannot be guaranteed.
• Communicating with the Monitoring Alarm Receiving Center (M.A.R.C.) and the Intercom team during unstaffed hours.
• Providing technical follow-up to prevent club closures.
• Arranging emergency replacements for absent club staff.

We're Looking For

We are seeking a stress-resistant problem-solver who can make quick decisions in a 24/7 environment. You must follow protocols closely and communicate clearly.

Additionally, we ask for:

• Experience in or willingness to work in a 24/7 environment (including nights and weekends).
• Fluency in Dutch and good proficiency in English. Proficiency in French is required; Spanish is a plus.
• The ability to act quickly and follow procedures under pressure.
• A solution-oriented mindset with technical skills.
