Overview

As our Marketing & Communications Coordinator for the french market, you'll play a key role in strengthening Eversports' brand, visibility, and community in one of our fastest-growing markets. You'll bring local insight and creativity to help make Eversports known, trusted, and loved across France, working closely with Sales, Growth, Product, and our central Content and Communications teams to support our mission to "Make Sports Happen".

Work time: Full time (35h/week, every second Friday off!)

Location: Vienna, Austria
Your Tasks

• Plan and execute localised marketing and communication activities for the French market across social media, newsletters, and community channels
• Collaborate with Sales, Growth, and Product to align messaging and support commercial priorities
• Organise and promote webinars, community events, and French market events, campaigns, and partner activities that engage studios, instructors, and local partners.
• Build and manage relationships with French studios, influencers, associations, and other local partners - representing Eversports from our Vienna hub
• Coordinate content needs with our central design, copy, and communications teams
• Support market-specific messaging for product updates and new feature launches
• Track performance of campaigns and content, sharing insights and improvements
• Maintain clear processes and smooth coordination across teams

Your Profile

• Native French speaker with excellent communication skills and a strong feel for cultural nuance in the French market
• Experience in marketing, communications, or community-focused roles, ideally in a digital or SaaS environment
• Strong organisational and project management skills, comfortable handling multiple workstreams at once
• Analytical mindset with the ability to draw insights from data and optimise content or campaigns
• Proactive, creative, and independent, while collaborating smoothly with cross-functional teams
• Enjoys switching between content creation, event planning, partnerships, and daily operations
• Familiar with tools like HubSpot, Meta Business Suite, Brevo, Canva, and analytics platforms (or eager to learn)
• Passion for sports and enthusiasm for working from Vienna while shaping the French market

At Eversports, we believe in transparency, so here is the fine print: for the current position we will offer a minimum yearly gross salary of EUR 35,000 (based on a full-time basis of 35h, change according to the position and experience level)
