A Day in the Life
As a Marketing Intern for French Brands in our Professional Products Division in Bucharest, you will report directly to the Brand Business Leader L'Oréal Professionnel Paris. You will be immersed in the dynamic world of beauty, gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing and brand management. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of a leading beauty brand while developing your skills and expanding your professional network.

• Brand Activation & Promotion: You will actively participate in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, collaborating with commercial teams, administrative services, and advertising agencies to promote French Brands in the Romanian market. This includes contributing to the creation and follow-up of point-of-sale materials and visual adjustments.
• Market Analysis & Performance Tracking: You will analyze market trends and brand performance, providing valuable insights to inform marketing strategies. You will leverage your analytical skills and innovative thinking to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Event Planning & Coordination: You will assist in the planning and execution of brand events and meetings, contributing to the overall success of these initiatives.
• Administrative Support & Project Involvement: You will handle various administrative tasks and support the Brand Business Leader on ad-hoc projects, demonstrating your versatility and commitment to the team's success.

We Are Looking For
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Marketing Intern with a strong interest in the beauty industry. The ideal candidate is a master's student or recent graduate with proven experience in marketing communications or digital marketing. They possess excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills, and are eager to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative team. International exposure and knowledge of French are considered a plus.

• Category Vision: Understanding of the beauty market and French Brands' position within it.
