Marketing Manager, French Market (Based in Hong Kong)

Job Description
  • Responsible for planning and implementing marketing activities, including but not limited to paid and organic digital channels, KOL marketing, Email Marketing, CRM & PR
  • Prepare reports on marketing and sales metrics
  • Design local marketing calendar
  • Lead 360 marketing campaigns including offline events
  • Manage local performance marketing - SEM / Display / Social Ad / KOL etc.
  • Create innovative and localized marketing campaigns according to global marketing directions
  • Manage local KOL agency for creating paid KOL campaign - paid & free
  • Develop marketing metrics, goals, and KPIs to measure and track business results
  • Track weekly / monthly / quarterly channel KPI targets to manage budget and resources effectively


Requirement
  • Bachelor degree or above in Business, Marketing discipline or equivalent
  • 5+ years experience in marketing or related field in France
  • Proficient in French, excellent command of English
  • Strong local marketing understand and resources
  • Knowledge in ecommerce and digital marketing is essential
  • Strategic problem solving skills, using creative thinking to achieve targets
  • Strong planning, analytical, creative, result-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Google Analytics and other digital metrics
