We are searching for the best talent for Master Data Assistant with French.Purpose: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive team memberto ensure the integrity and accuracy of our customer data across systems. This role is essential in maintaining high-quality master data, leading customer accounts, and supporting product restriction processes. The successful candidate will contribute to the flawless integration of invoicing workflows within our ERP and CRM platforms, helping to drive operational efficiency and data reliability across the organization.
You will be responsible for: Customer Account Management:- Support requests to create and modify customer accounts in JDE, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company standards.
Product & Deposit Management:- Lead all aspects of management of product restrictions and certificate deposits, maintaining up-to-date records and ensuring adherence to policies
Database Improvement:- Take actions to improve the quality and reliability of customer data within ERP and CRM tools, contributing to continuous data improvement initiatives.
Invoice Integration & Monitoring:- Ensure the accurate integration of dematerialized invoices into the public domain by managing and supervising the CHORUS PRO platform, ensuring compliance and smooth processing.
Qualifications / Requirements: - +1 year experience with ERP and CRM systems, preferably JDE, SFDC (Master Data)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requests efficiently.
- Knowledge of E-invoice management platforms like CHORUS PRO is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and team collaboration.
- Good English and French written skills
