Medical Subject Matter Expert (French, Remote)

Languages Requirement: Advanced level in French and English

We are seeking French-speaking medically trained subject matter experts to contribute to the development of next-generation AI technologies. This is an opportunity to collaborate on pioneering projects that integrate domain-specific scientific expertise with AI model design, training, and validation.

Main Responsibilities

• Carefully read and analyze assigned source PDF documents in the required native language.
• Identify, extract, and accurately enter the required data fields into the DataForce platform following strict project guidelines and standards.
• Flag any missing, unclear, or ambiguous information and request clarification as needed. Ensure all extracted data is accurate, complete, and consistent with the project's training materials.
• Complete all assigned tasks within designated turnaround times while maintaining high data quality.
• Attend training sessions, follow updated instructions, and actively participate in feedback loops to improve data accuracy and project consistency.
• Handle all project materials with strict confidentiality and adhere to data privacy and security protocols.

Requirements:

• Medical training completed or in progress (Medical doctors or Medical students)

• Ability to read and understand lab reports (LNR)
• Basic understanding of laboratory workflows, analytes, units, reference ranges, and common analysis methods
• Familiarity with medical/lab terminology in both English and French
• Prior experience handling lab data or diagnostic information
• High accuracy and attention to detail for data entry and validation
• Ability to identify missing or inconsistent information in lab datasets

Nice to Have:

• Experience with lab data entry systems or EHRs
• Exposure to data quality checks or audit processes
• Understanding of general data privacy and confidentiality practices
