About the role

As a Mid Project Manager French speaking - Wealth Management Solutions, you will play a key role in leading the onboarding and delivery of projects for our prestigious Spanish-speaking clients, including family offices and private banks. You will ensure the seamless adoption of our wealth management reporting platform, managing all aspects of the project from start to finish while building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

What you'll do

Here's what you can expect to work on:

• Lead multiple onboarding and delivery projects, ensuring a smooth adoption of our wealth management reporting platform.
• Take ownership of client relationships post-signing, acting as the primary point of contact and managing the onboarding process to get accounts live.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data, Product, and Operations, to deliver tailored solutions that meet complex client needs.
• Develop and manage project plans, ensuring alignment with client goals and adherence to timelines and milestones.
• Implement project governance, facilitating communication, stakeholder meetings, and risk management, while preparing detailed progress reports.
• Identify and manage interdependencies across teams, ensuring clear communication of timelines, risks, and changes.
• Oversee change management processes, communicating project adjustments to both clients and internal teams.

What we'd love to see

• 3+ years of project management experience in banking, within the wealth management industry and technology solutions.
• Expertise in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with a customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency in project management tools like Jira or similar platforms.
• Fluency in French and English (essential for client communication).
• Experience in project planning and managing multiple, high-velocity projects simultaneously.
• PMP or equivalent certification (preferred).
• Ability to work effectively in hybrid, remote, and on-site settings as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with delivering SaaS platforms or data-driven solutions in wealth management or financial services.
• Experience in agile environments, including sprint planning, task prioritization, and product development.
• Strong understanding of data aggregation processes in financial reporting solutions.
