Context & mission
Médecins Sans Frontières is an independent, international medical and humanitarian organization that provides care to people in need, people affected by natural or man-made disasters, and victims of armed conflict, without discrimination and without regard to race, religion, creed or political affiliation (MSF Charter).
The MSF movement is built around 5 operational centers supported by 24 sections and offices worldwide. MSF Operational Center Geneva (MSF OCG) is one of these centres.
Médecins sans Frontières (MSF) has developed its own ERP system named UniField to cover its Finance and Supply activities and processes in the field. UniField's first deployments started in January 2015 and it is now deployed on
more than 400 locations and used by 5, soon to be 6 Operational Directorates (ODs) and by more than 4000 active users.

The project to migrate UniField back to the core frame of Odoo has been launched by the UniField Board with the aim to mitigate risks identified in the current set up as well as to ensure UniField remains fit-for-purpose for the medium/longer term.
The project covers multiple workstreams, those managed directly by the core team, and those to be managed internally within each OD and which are essential for the success of the project. This position will be focused on this 2nd workstream specifically supporting ODs in their coordination of the following activities:
Reporting to the project owner, the UniField Head of ERP Support and Development, the Intersectional Migration Project Manager serves as a central point of coordination for the OD-owned project workstreams.
