As an O2C Order & Customer Contact Management Senior Analyst- French & English Speaker, you will deliver end-to-end Order-to-Cash services across Europe & MEA. About the Role
As an O2C Order & Customer Contact Management Senior Analyst- French & English Speaker, you will deliver end-to-end Order-to-Cash services across Europe & MEA. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless order processing, maintaining commercial conditions, and delivering excellent customer service to support customer satisfaction, product availability, and cash flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end order processing, including order entry, validation, and manual creation in SAP systems
- Monitor and resolve system interface issues (IDOCs), ensuring accurate data flow across order and invoicing channels
- Investigate and resolve order, delivery, and invoice discrepancies in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Maintain and manage commercial conditions, pricing agreements, and contracts, ensuring policy compliance
- Act as a front-line customer contact, managing inquiries, claims, and disputes with end-to-end ownership
- Ensure accurate case registration, documentation, and classification to support reporting and root cause analysis
- Contribute to continuous improvement and automation initiatives, enhancing efficiency and process quality
- Fluency in English and French (written and spoken)
- 2-4 years of experience in Order-to-Cash, customer service, or order management, ideally in Pharma or FMCG
- Strong understanding of O2C processes, including order management, invoicing, and commercial conditions
- Hands-on experience with SAP (preferably S/4HANA) and strong MS Excel skills
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a customer-first mindset
- Proactive, organized, and collaborative, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
